Data We Collect

We collect the information you provide at sign-up — name, email address, and payment details processed via our payment gateway. We also collect usage data including videos generated, features accessed, and session duration.

When you submit a script or prompt, that text is processed by our AI engine to generate your video. We retain submitted scripts for 30 days to support re-rendering requests, then delete them automatically.

How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to operate your account, process payments, render videos, and send transactional emails such as export confirmations and plan renewal notices. We do not use your content to train our AI model without explicit opt-in consent.

Cookies

Thecontentplaybook.in uses essential cookies to maintain session state and authentication. We also use analytics cookies to measure page performance and feature adoption. You may decline non-essential cookies via the cookie banner without affecting core functionality.

Third-party analytics tools — including aggregated traffic analysis services — receive anonymised, non-identifiable data only. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with sub-processors required to operate the service — payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, and email delivery services — each bound by data processing agreements aligned with applicable privacy regulations.

Security

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted via TLS 1.3. Stored video files and account data are encrypted at rest. Access to production databases is restricted to authorised personnel only.

We conduct internal security reviews quarterly. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will notify you within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required under applicable data protection law.

Your Rights

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to external websites or embedded third-party tools. These operate under their own privacy policies. The Content Playbook is not responsible for the data practices of any linked third party.

Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Submitted scripts are deleted after 30 days. Generated video files stored on our servers are removed 60 days after creation unless you have active cloud storage enabled.

Policy Updates

This Privacy Policy may be revised when our data practices change. Registered users are notified by email at least 10 days before any material change takes effect. The updated policy is always accessible at thecontentplaybook.in/privacy.
