Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using thecontentplaybook.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

These terms apply to all users — free plan, paid subscribers, and API users. Creating an account constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.

Permitted Use

You may use The Content Playbook to generate, export, and publish videos for personal or commercial purposes within the limits of your active plan. Reverse engineering the AI model, scraping platform assets, or reselling raw API output as a competing service is strictly prohibited.

User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the content of any script or prompt you submit. The Content Playbook does not review inputs before processing. Do not submit content that is defamatory, obscene, or violates any applicable law.

You must not use the platform to generate content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights, impersonates individuals, or constitutes misinformation. Accounts found in violation are subject to immediate suspension.

Intellectual Property

Videos you generate using your own input remain your property. The Content Playbook retains ownership of the underlying AI model, platform code, UI, and all proprietary assets. Stock footage sourced from our licensed library is included under our platform licence — you may not redistribute raw clips independently.

Limitation of Liability

The Content Playbook provides the platform on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that outputs will meet every specific requirement. Our liability in any claim is capped at the total fees you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Third-Party Services

The platform integrates with third-party services including cloud storage providers and stock footage libraries. These services operate under their own terms. The Content Playbook is not responsible for downtime, data practices, or policy changes by third-party providers.

Data Security

We apply industry-standard encryption to all data in transit and at rest. User-uploaded scripts and generated videos are stored securely and are not shared with third parties outside the scope described in our Privacy Policy.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@thecontentplaybook.in. Account deletion is processed within 14 business days. Exported videos already downloaded to your device are not affected.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. When material changes occur, registered users receive email notice at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
